2024 : A Year of Transformation and Growth

Introduction
2024 has been a year of transformation, growth, and self-discovery - one that has deeply touched my heart. From adopting a vegetarian lifestyle and finding joy in dance to exploring new corners of the world and shifting my career path, this year has been about embracing change in the most fulfilling ways. It is a journey that has not only nurtured my own well-being but has also paved the way for me to help others do the same.

Embracing New Lifestyles
Early in the year, I embraced a vegetarian lifestyle, a choice that came from a desire to live more mindfully and in tune with my values. It has been a beautiful experience, one that has brought more energy and clarity into my life. I am especially grateful for my family’s wholehearted support, which has made the transition feel even more meaningful.
Another major part of my wellness journey has been dance. Power barre has strengthened my body and mind, but it is belly dancing that truly captured my spirit. Stepping onto the stage for my first performance in April was both nerve-wracking and exhilarating, a moment of pure self-expression. I am looking forward to my next showcase in December with a sense of excitement and growth.

Exploring the World
Travel has always been a passion, and this year has been no exception. I have been fortunate to visit some truly amazing places - each destination leaving a lasting impact on me. From the volcanic landscapes of Iceland to the stunning mountain landscapes of Kyrgyzstan, from the ancient wonders of Egypt to the vibrant souks of Morocco, every trip has enriched my life in ways I hadn’t imagined. I also made it back to my home country of Malaysia and explored Italy, Paris, London, Tokyo, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Kazakhstan, Norway, Bucharest, and Maui.
Travel has taught me so much about different cultures and ways of living, and it was these experiences that have inspired my approach to wellness. This year, I also began learning Arabic, a challenge I have loved, as it connects me even more deeply with the cultures I have experienced.

A Career Shift in Wellness
One of the most significant changes in my life this year has been my career transition. After years of helping people relocate, I am now following my true passion - health and wellness coaching. This shift feels like a natural extension of everything I have experienced. My journey through travel, culture, and personal wellness has sparked a deep desire to help others live balanced, healthy lives.
I am currently studying for my wellness coaching certification and am excited to begin offering 1:1 and group coaching services. I am passionate about helping people not only take care of their physical health but also nurture their emotional and mental well-being - embracing wellness in all its forms.

Looking Ahead
As I continue on this journey, I feel hopeful and excited about what the future holds. I am laying the groundwork for everything I hope to build in the coming years, including my dreams of starting a family someday. This year has been about embracing change, and I am eager to see where it leads as I continue to grow, learn, and share my passion for wellness with others.
